The location is perfect and the room looked exactly as pictured. The view of the bay is awesome and there are one and a half bathrooms with a full kitchen.
The bed was not very comfortable and the electric blinds in the living room did not work the whole time we were there. The owner tried hard to fix them though, and was very responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying at this penthouse with an ocean view, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the spacious layout, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtfully chosen decor. But the true highlight is the view—waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was simply magical. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or a peaceful breakfast with the sea breeze. The location is excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and professional throughout.
Without a doubt, a place I’d return to again and again. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the overall condition of the building, as it appeared run down and noise from other guests in the hallways was easily heard. The staff member who checked us in was unprofessional and provided unclear instructions regarding the service elevator. When we returned to ask for clarification, she raised her voice at us. I also observed her speaking disrespectfully to other guests during the check‑in process.”
