The unit itself is appointed well. Ongoing construction ruin our stay.

Proximity to the ocean. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed.

Ongoing construction on the balconies and windows on the pool side of the building. Too noisy to sit and relax poolside. Additionally, there must’ve been a nearby unit being renovated so it was very noisy inside the unit. The owner is not responsible for the second reason for the noise. However, since the owners were assessed for the work to the building, the owner knew ( without disclosing) that there was ongoing construction therefore there would be noise. Going forward, I will always ask is there any construction in the condo building before I book anything. Half of the outside balcony furniture was broken. It’s a shame because the rest of the unit was very nice. Additionally, more towels should be provided. 2 bath towels and one hand towel do not cut it. The king size bed was comfortable but pillows were old and one pillow case was ripped. I also did not appreciate that a 30$ fob charge was not disclosed until we received the check in instructions. Not a deal breaker but why hide the fee when booking? Doesn’t seem right. And you must valet park your car, again not a dealbreaker but why not disclosed prior to booking? It was 45$ for 3 nights. Plus my car was damaged while in the valet’s care. Again, not the owners fault but be aware.

Beautiful view

The location is perfect and the room looked exactly as pictured. The view of the bay is awesome and there are one and a half bathrooms with a full kitchen.

The bed was not very comfortable and the electric blinds in the living room did not work the whole time we were there. The owner tried hard to fix them though, and was very responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying at this penthouse with an ocean view, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the spacious layout, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtfully chosen decor. But the true highlight is the view—waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was simply magical. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or a peaceful breakfast with the sea breeze. The location is excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and professional throughout. Without a doubt, a place I’d return to again and again. Highly recommended!

Not a Penthouse

Location is good

This place is definitely not a penthouse. Nice place but needs some things updated.The showerhead needs replaced,outside furniture needs replaced,vents need to be cleaned, hand towels should be provided, and the towels and sheets did not smell fresh. You need to bring your beach chairs and umbrella. If not, it will cost you $30 a day.

MOLD! NOT A PENTHOUSE! FILTHY AND HAZARDOUS!

DO NOT STAY HERE

MOLD! Also, this place is NOT a penthouse and they are falsely advertising. They load the place up with cheap air fresheners that immediately give you a headache, because they're trying to cover up the grime and mildew and mold. Bathrooms are gross and towels and rugs are filthy and mildew-y. Don't even get me started on that white "fluffy" chaise lounge! Foul! There was was mold on the wall and ceiling of the closet, that they (poorly) tried to hide by painting over it, as well as more mold on the clothing organizer in the closet. Other closer had a completely removed ceiling panel that was dusty and moldy, siting on top of the closet shelf, and the open ceiling had dusty covered vents sticking out. I am highly allergic to mold and had to leave immediately to find another hotel, and the property owner got angry I reached out to customer service. They said I should have stayed for them to address the problem (impossible to fix set in mold like that, among all the other issues with the place) and then refused to send a refund. This place is TRASH and a SCAM.

DON’T STAY HERE

Nothing.

This place reeks of an ungodly moldy/mildew smell - terrible for allergy sufferers like myself. I was told “this is common issue for oceanfront properties.” I’ve stayed at plenty of oceanfront resorts both in the USA & in the Caribbean, and have never encountered this. Their only proposed remedy: a dehumidifier (for the record, this would have done diddly squat). Do yourself a favor & stay at a reputable hotel.

Lo que podría haber sido unas buenas vacaciones terminó en un fiasco.

El edificio en si no es malo, lo malo es que estaba en mantenimiento

Cuando contraté el departamento se indicó que todo estaba perfecto, maravillosa vista y muy tranquilo. Un par de días antes de llegar me avisan que no puedo usar el balcón. Dado que no era relevante lo acepté. El día previo a llegar me avisan que tampoco puedo usar la ventana del dormitorio. A esa altura también acepté esto ya que normalmente no abrimos la ventana por la humedad. Pero al llegar al departamento nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que no había ventana en el dormitorio y que habían puesto una tapia de madera. Dado que eran las 20:00 hrs no nos quedó mas que aceptar, pero esa noche debimos dormir en el living por el ruido, el viento y la humedad. Al día siguiente solicité cancelar para irme a otro lugar, lo cual no fue aceptado pero mandaron a colocar la ventana. Con esto pudimos usar el dormitorio pero empezó el otro drama. El edificio estaba en mantención y de 08:30 a 17:00 el ruido de taladros, partillos, sierras, etc no permitía descansar, menos dormir una siesta o ver TV. Me contacté con el administrador del edificio para solicitar una compensación pero nunca me contestaron. Voy a tratar d obtener una compensación vía Booking
