nice resort. great location and nice rooms.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly & helpful by always being there for restocking our supplies when needed. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & we absolutely loved the walk in shower. The food in the hotels restaurant was good also with wonderful friendly service. We most definitely enjoyed our stay & would love to stay & visit again. Thank you for adding to our wonderful getaway.

The room was very clean. The room was maintained well. The microwave and refrigerator was clean also. No mold or mildew was found in the bathroom. The toilet set was clean above,under and behind the seat. No hairs were found in the bathroom or living areas sinks. The linens on the bed were fresh smelling without any stains of the white linens. The iron and ironing board were clean and no signs of rust or wear and tear.

There was homeless people in the area and there was a bum in the pool the police had to be call to get him out

Rooms have never been updated, Old and ugly. The hotel wasn't good. They forgot to do our room one day, and the other day they left a bottle of bleach open in the room. I will never recommend this hotel for that price. Only one good thing the restaurant food was great and the staff was amazing.

Great pool, across the street from the beach, and a five min walk to Walmart over the bridge.

I won't be back! I've been here before and did I had a better experience. I'm just really disappointed. From the front desk staff, to the housekeepers, valet, and everything else was just thumbs down. I can't believe how they nickel and dime you to death and then don't provide good service at all. This place has gone completely downhill. When I tell you that this experience was terrible, I just can't believe it! I should have just checked out. My room had to get moved because the carpet was wet and stinky for two days. The room was stinky. The room that they put me in across from that one, was also stinky. I had to ask for some deodorizer for the carpet. The tile near the floor on the jacuzzi was chipped. They are just not maintaining this place well. Getting the housekeepers into the room to do their part was like pulling teeth. We have to call down multiple times and wait hours for them to take care of things. The restaurant staff was poor. While taking our order, he was walking away while taking the order. When he came to check on us, he was walking away while checking on us. He never smiled and never made us feel welcome. The front desk service was poor, and barely answered the phone when we needed something. Take a nap early morning and there was beating and pounding in the room next door. I don't know what that was. And Valet decided that they didn't want to park our car. With $42 per night and they won't even park my car? $30 resort fee when they're not on beach. Sad!

Clean, comfortable, amazing staff

The room at first seemed to be clean but night 3 of our stay there was roaches in the sink. We left the following morning for airport. I knows it’s Florida but I expected better from a hotel.

The overall stay was amazing and the service was amazing
