The room was terrible, there were cockroach-like insects, everything was very old, including the furniture and bedding; only the shower curtain and towels were new. There was no kitchen. The room wasn't cheap, which is very disappointing.

Some good, some bad.

The location was prime. The beach is super close, Walmart is 2 blocks away as are lots of other stores. Restaurants are plentiful and it's quiet for the most part.

The rooms are totally outdated and in disrepair. They need a total upgrade and renovation without a doubt. It almost feels like robbery to pay over a hundred dollars to stay in a place that hasn't had a single upgrade since what feels like the 1980's.

The room was dirty , the door’s hinges was off level, the bathroom sink was broken and hanging.. there was roaches crawling and the t v keep going out… also the pool was down (closed ) very disappointed …

If you’re homeless and need a place to stay and don’t even will recommend this place for them to stay.

Is dirty everywhere. Checking in a lobby that doesn’t have any air conditioning and the rooms not mopped and if you turn of the lights roaches start to come out.

It was like Schitts Creek without the humour (although we did laugh)

The pool was nice. Staff were pleasant enough.

We had a lot of cockroaches. The room overall was clean, but in desperate need of a remodel. The bedding had holes in as did the walls. The bath tub was badly stained so looked really dirty. The self catering kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or any utensils of any kind. When we asked for cups, we were given polystyrene. We were given 2 towels for the family of 4 and they were basically hand towels. The air conditioning unit in the window caused the metal blinds to bang open and closed continuously. WiFi was only available in the lobby (not a massive issue, but we were communicating with other family members joining us in the US so had to keep heading there).

Soiled mattress looks like it came off the dumpster. Roaches, no hot water, no internet in rm. I was told it only works in lobby. Health department should be called on this facility.

The worst experience in my life!!! Dirty room, dirty linens, terrible bathroom… I don’t think there was any renovation there, since the year this hotel was built… I wouldn’t recommend even homeless people to stay there!!!

Near all the shopping attractions

The location is nice

I dont like to see through curtain. I feel like my privacy is being invaded because people can see through the room especially at night. It was just one curtain that was seethrough at the main window the rest were ok. Luckily i found a solution. The staff is really nice and when there is an issue they are quick to help and resolve your issues. Its like tradition to stay there.
