It was in a convenient location. If you are a cat person a lot of cats to watch. Very cute and clean

There is an up charge for everything. You get 2 flat pillows and 2 thread bare shower towels. If you want more to let’s say wash your hair you have to pay for it. Never been told I needed to pay for an extra pillow before. Crazy.

Angry manager lady

Price was good.

I arrived at 12.30am exhausted. Wanted 10 mins for a very grumpy manager. She told me I needed to pay 50 dollars cash as a deposit. I refused. I told her I was leaving early. I fell asleep and woke up at 10am her banging on my door. I said what time is checkout she said " you said you were leaving early, sir, " and then shouted "mentiroso" Spanish for liar, checkout is 11am I left at 10.59 am. Never been treated like that. She should be fired

When I asked about the location of the ice maker I was informed that there was none. I then said that there were no ice trays in the refrigerator or utensils in the kitchen cabinets I was told that I paid the bargain price and that was what I got, a bargain. Also, the shower head fell off when I turned the water on.

The manager

The owner response to a complaint about bed bugs in the room we were in prior to being moved. BED BUGS COME OUT IN THE NIGHT!!! The owner's dismissive attitude to my complaint was, at best, disingenuous and disrespectful. We are from The Bahamas and am in the tourism/ service industry and customers' complaints should be viewed as constructive criticism and not a personal attack. A bed bug woke my daughter up at 5am! She had a panic attack and refused to sleep on the bed. She ended up sleeping on the floor! This was my daughter's FIRST TRIP IN AMERICA. Another bed bug was crawling near me. We saved the bugs and showed it to The Manager and she ACKNOWLEDGED THEY WERE BED BUGS. She never apologized but asked me to allow her to do her job. All I asked her to do was to place a PROPER zippered mattress encasement on both mattress and box spring. THAT SHOULD BE STANDARD in a highly traffic accommodation like this motel. I also told the manager I would be willing to purchase a bug spray, and I did for my piece of mind. We were moved out of that room, even though we were comfortable otherwise. The manager did her job and we were moved to another room where we continued with our stay.

Front Office Staff (Lady) is amazing. She is very vast & efficient with check in. The price was very reasonable for the one night stay. The amenities: grill & seating area is lovely. The outside decor has a tropical feel & very inviting.

The bed was squeaky & a bit uncomfortable, our headboard fell off the wall, the remote was trapped between the bed & wall from a previous stay. The air conditioner can use some cleaning & blow out. I woke up congested.
