It's in the center of the city, everything is near and there is a lot of parking. Spa and wellness looks really nice, and the spa itself has everything you need.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely enchanting one-night stay at the Royal Wellness and Spa. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the cleanliness of every corner made us feel comfortable and at ease. The personal touches, like the complimentary Coke and water in the minibar, added a warm and welcoming touch to our experience. It was a small gesture, but it showed a genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the private spa experience. While there was an extra charge, it was a delightful indulgence that we couldn't resist. The fact that it was exclusively reserved for just the two of us added a layer of intimacy and romance that made the experience all the more special. The two-hour session was a dreamy escape that left us feeling relaxed and connected. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel cherished. I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment over the last three days, and I’m genuinely impressed. Right from the get-go, cleanliness was evident in every nook and corner. There wasn’t a speck of dust or a stain in sight, and the room emanated a pleasant aroma. The staff were not just professional but also warm and friendly, making my stay even more comfortable. I like luxurious style of the apartment. Internet connection is very good. Additionally, the spa center was nothing short of spectacular. With a clean sauna, Turkish bath, and pool, it provided the perfect relaxation I was looking for.

Местоположението на хотела е чудесно, персоналът беше усмихнат, стаята и банята бяха чисти. Ползвахме безплатен паркинг, климатизацията беше добра.

Нямаше съответствие между посочената информация и реалното състояние на стаята. Очаквах стая с размер 18 м2, кът за сядане и голямо легло, защото така беше записано в рекламата, но се оказа, че големината включва и коридора и банята, а къта за сядане е една табуретка, за която дори нямаше място. Много тясно, едва се обикаляше леглото. В банята също мивката е долепена до тоалетната чиния и е неудобно.

Predivan boravak i vikend odmor

Royal Wellness & Spa potpuno je ispunio sva naša očekivanja – od sadržaja do usluge. Uživali smo u zatvorenom bazenu, sauni, parnom kupatilu, hidromasažnoj kadi kao i slanoj sobi. Sve je bilo besprekorno cisto, moderno i opuštajuće. Lokacija u centru Rume i odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta dodatno su nas oduševili. Posebno bismo izdvojili gospođu Stanislavu, čija su ljubaznost i posvećenost ostavili snažan utisak. Vraćamo se sigurno – ovo mesto je prava oaza mira!

Dodatne usluge se posebno plaćaju što nije navedeno prilikom rezervacije. Zvučna izolacija nije najbolja, Osoblje neinformisano o radu apoteka i drugim institucijama.

Smestaj je i vise nego odlican! Mi smo prezadovoljni i sa smestajem i uslugom. Vraticemo se sigurno opet a i preporuciti drugima!🤗 Spa je odlican!!!

Odlično, sproščujoče. Se še vrneva.

Lepo urejen hotel, zanj sva se odločila, ker je imel wellness, kateri je vsak večer nudil sprostitev. Čisto, lepo urejeno, z vsem potrebnim (brisače, pitna voda, savne, bazen). Ker hotel v ponudbi še nima prehrane, naju je prijetno presenetil kuhalnik vode za pripravo kave v sobi. Zelo pozorno. Bivanje v hotelu nama je bilo zelo všeč in ga bova priporočila in se tudi sama še vrnila.

Standardne sobe so precej male, z malo kopalnico, kljub vsemu pa z vsem udobjem in opremo. Deluxe sobe so odlične, se splača plačati nekaj sto SRD več in bo bivanje še prijetnejše.

Novi hotel u strogom centru Rume. Odlično polazište za izlete u Sremsku Mitrovicu, Novi Sad, Frušku goru i Beograd. Lijep mali wellness and spa, sobe vrlo uredne, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i korektno. Rado ćemo se vratiti.
