Urban Flat

Un bellissimo appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, comodo, ben organizzato, con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione comodissima, centrale. Host gentilissimo.

The apartment was very spacious and had a terrace. The neighborhood was quiet, and the apartment was well equipped with things like a coffee machine and dishwasher. The kitchen had coffee capsules, cream, olive oil, spices, and even pasta, which was especially helpful since we arrived in the evening. Before check-in, we received detailed instructions about where to find the keys, how to enter the apartment, and where the trash containers were located. After traveling around Italy, it was also nice to finally have a proper duvet cover on the bed - in many places in Italy there was only a sheet with a blanket on top.

Overall, the apartment was excellent. The only thing missing for me was a washing machine, although this seemed common in other apartments we stayed at in Rome and Milan as well. In Lugano, however, you can easily find self-service laundries if you need to freshen up your clothes after a long trip.

Perfekte Lage, großes Appartment, voll eingerichtet, mit großer Terrasse, relativ ruhige Gegend, Zentrum fußläufig, hervorragende organisiertes Check in, Schlüssel- sowie Parkplatz und Geräteerklärung, sofortige Lösung von Problemen (zB TV) - herzlichen Dank dafür. Preis dafür gerechtfertigt, halt Schweizer Verhältnisse! Parkgarage perfekt aber Zugang erfordert Fahrakrobatik, ein großer SUV kommt da nicht ohne Kratzer rein und raus! War allerdings angekündigt vom Vermieter.

Etwas mehr Platz bei der Tiefgarageneinfahrt. Sonst alles zur großen Zufriedenheit!

Квартира мне понравилась, нг кровать в спальне короткая и ноги мужа свисали с нее, а диван в гостиной скрипел, каждый раз, когда я ложилась на него, или просто поворачивалась, мой вес 48 кг. Самое главное - внимание! Не заезжайте на подземную парковку с машиной больше Мини. Там ужасный поворот, нам было не выехать, не повернуть, мы поцарапали свой автомобиль, на котором до этого не было вообще повреждений, мой муж отлично водит.
