Location,quiet area

Not very clean,dirty cup ,old bread in the owen,there is no knife for meat or bread,cold appartment,ihave to ask the owner to increase the heating,we cannot do by oureselves.

Great and calm stay

It was really spacious, situated in a calm neighborhood and with its own parking in front of the house. You had two separate little terraces where you could get some air. Our dog was allowed for free and they had bowls for her as well. The communication was really nice and up-front. I'd definitely stay there again.

If you want to visit Verona directly it's a bit too far outside, however as we wanted to visit Venice from there it was nicely situated.

Great spot easy to find and very comfortable apartment

Great location and east bus ride into the town centre. The apartment was great and had all that we needed. Gaining entry was easy and well explained.The host was always in communication and very helpful he even provided a very good and well prepared tourist tour map and details of Verona. We will be back

It's 25 minutes away from the city, but there's a bus bridge 3 minutes away, and the last bus time is 8pm.

Appartement agréable et spacieux avec un hôte conciliant

C’est un grand appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée avec entrée autonome avec boîte à clefs. Très pratique. L’hôte a été très accueillant et clair par message et arrangeant . Le stationnement est très facile dans la rue. Il y a une supérette et des restos à proximité à pieds. Les lits sont confortables avec linge de lit et serviettes en quantité suffisante. C’est bien spacieux. Quartier calme et petit parc à proximité pour promener le chien.

Il manque un peu de vaisselle et il n’y a pas de machine à café. On entend bien les habitants qui vivent à l’étage du dessus (juste à cause d’une mauvaise isolation). Mais bien sûr l’hôte n’en est pas responsable mais c’est bon à savoir.

Toda la casa está perfecta, fuimos para la feria de Verona y nos pasamos el día trabajando, así que llegábamos para dormir y ducharnos. La comunicación con la propiedad perfecta, rápido contestaban y muy atentos.

Para mi faltaba un microondas, para calentar comida rápida, leche, agua.

Locatia este intr-o zona linistita. Dimensiunea generoasa a apartamentului. Toate aparatele electrocasnice si utilitatile functioneaza. Centrul Veronei este la 25 de min cu autobuzul. Gardaland este la 30 min cu masina pe centura Veronei.

Unele prosoape consider ca ar trebui schimbate fiind prea vechi pentru a mai putea fi folosite. Necesitatea unui uscator de rufe mobil. Sistemul fix existent in curte este greu de accesat.

Kurzer Aufenthalt in Verona.

Schöne große Unterkunft und ruhig gelegen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Einfach zu finden, da auch der Name außen zu lesen war.

Ein Wäscheständer oder eine Leine wären noch zu wünschen.

Una casetta molto curata e carina. Giardinetto davanti e due dietro , con tavolino e sedie. Tutto nuovo , bagno comodo, ogni comfort disponibile. E anche il vicinato tranquillo e amichevole . Per chi porta il proprio amico animale, a due passi c’è anche un area cani.

Soggiorno molto intenso, in quanto trascorso in incontri con parenti e conoscenti.

Avevo scelto questa struttura sia per le recensioni positive a suo favore, sia perché risulta baricentrica rispetto alle mie destinazioni previste per le due mezze giornate i in cui ho soggiornato a Borgo San Michele - Verona. Sebbene la struttura fosse posizionata in un'area urbana molto densa e non particolarmente pregevole, non era disturbata né dalle case vicine, né dal traffico, per cui il riposo notturno non è stato assolutamente disturbato. Ha trovato conferma poi il fatto che la struttura disponeva anche di cucina e di un piccolo soggiorno, di cui io purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire per il semplice motivo che mi sono fermato solo per una notte. Inoltre, la struttura è dotata di tutte le attrezzature più moderne, tra cui forse anche una telecamera, per cui mi sono sentito al sicuro, nonostante non conoscessi la zona in cui essa è ubicata .

L'aspetto con cui si presenta non è dei migliori, in quanto la casa appare intonacata in colore grigio, cioè al grezzo (?), quando invece le case adiacenti sono state risutrutturate da relativamente poco tempo e all'esterno si presentano con dei colori gradevoli. Pertanto, il mio suggerimento è quello di completare il valido lavoro di ristrutturazione che è stato effettuato all'interno con una intonacatura - se possibile - che renda la casa più gradevole alla vista dall'esterno.
