Ev eşyalarının hepsi iyi durumda. İhtiyacınız olan her şey fazlasıyla var. Evde Çamaşır Kurutma Makinasının olması bizim için çok faydalı oldu. Sokak üzerinde ücretsiz park yerleri var. 3 gün boyunca her gün sıkıntı yaşamadan evin önünde park yeri bulabildik. Ayrıca Netflix kullanıma hazır ve internet hızı gayet hızlı

Bina göçmenlerin oturduğu bir bina olduğu bilerek gelmelisiniz. Biz bilmediğimiz için ilk gün eve girişte biraz tedirgin olduk. Evin kapısı da oda kapı gibi basit tahta kapı olduğu için içeride biraz güvensiz olduğumuzu hissettik. Ancak 3 gün boyunca doğrudan bizi rahatsız edecek bir sorun yaşamadık.

Friendly host, she was always responsive and provided the needed info. The place is spacious and friendly. Great water pressure, nice shower, great bathroom overall. Great that there are exterior wooden curtains to achieve blackout at night. Parking is available on the street outside the apartment; however, I would warn against parking on the side street, between the buildings. I found my car scratched the first night I left it between buildings. Well-equipped kitchen.

The mattress in the 2nd sleeping room (next to the bathroom) is extremely soft, and with bonnets, if one person moves during the night, the other one feels it instantaneously. The building's lack of thermal insulation (old building) means the apartment can reach the outside temperature (we used the A/C almost all the time, given how hot it was when we visited, at ±32C). Ask the host to turn on the A/C before your arrival in case you are travelling in summer. The neighborhood can look a bit scary and, at times, unfortunately, smelly, but this is not something the host can change. However, we had no issues with anyone, and it was great that it was close to the city center.

L’appartamento era perfetto e impeccabilmente pulito, con lavatrice, asciugatrice, riscaldamento e tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno… e anche di più. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e professionale, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Posto comodo per vicinanza di alimentari bar etc.. Ottimo aver trovato all'interno dell'abitazione la macchinetta per il caffè, casa suddivisa benissimo con due ampie camere, una cucina abitabile e un bagno accogliente , ottima la doccia.

2 cose che non ho trovato piacevoli sono i 3 piani da fare a piedi e il citofono che apre il portone lo usano tutti nella palazzina anche di notte, il campanello suona sempre. Se potete risolvere quest'ultimo problema sarebbe eccezionale.
