This stay truly exceeded my expectations! Everything was spotless - the whole place was super clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated that there was always plenty of hot water available, no matter the time. The mini-kitchen setup was perfect - it’s separated from the room by a small hallway, which made it feel more spacious and practical. It was equipped with everything one might need, all the kitchenware was brand new, and the hot plate stove was sparkling clean. The bathroom was also brand new, very nicely designed, and had a great floor plan. The room itself is very spacious and actually feels larger than it looks in the pictures. The location couldn’t be better - close to the beach but still in a peaceful, quiet area. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and they even let us keep our car parked in front of the property after check-out, which was a huge help. Overall, a fantastic stay - highly recommended!

Quiet and clean studio close to the beach

Perfectly clean, quiet and well equipped studio. The kitchenette is somewhat too small, but includes virtually everything one needs to prepare breakfast and lunch. The bathroom is also small but very clean and modern. The internet is fine and fairly stable. The host is very responsive and friendly. His English is fluent and he handles any small request as fast as possible. The location of the property is very good. It is close to the beach and the city center with plenty of bars and restaurants, yet very quiet all around the clock.

I think the kitchenette and the dining place could be too small for three persons.

Perfect Stay – Amazing Value for Money!

We absolutely loved our time here! The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk to beautiful Dionissiou Beach, which made our mornings and evenings so relaxing. The apartment has been freshly renovated and is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail and comfort. A special mention goes to Yanis, the host—extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His local tips made our stay even better! Honestly, don’t hesitate—this place is incredible value for money. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

Brand new apartments. There is no need for air-condition to light up due to good isolation in the house. 5 min from the surprisingly good beach, especially for families with kids. Definitely, we will get back to next year's.

Brand new apartments,clean and well equipped😊

At first we had difficulties finding the apartments,the location on booking doesn’t match with the actual location of the apartments…but we asked some of the citizens so they helped us.After finding them,we tried calling the owners because no one was there but no one picked the telephone so we had to entry all by ourselves even that we weren’t sure if that was our apartment.Anyways everything else was great☺️

Stanza dotata di tutto ciò che era necessario, cucina compresa. Buona posizione. Parcheggio facile da trovare in strada. Host molto disponibili.

La stanza è molto bassa, a volte un po’ claustrofobica. Spesso nel cambiarci abbiamo sbattuto nel soffitto o nei lampadari. Il bagno faceva un po’ puzza.

Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu - można było dobrze wypocząć.

Apartament jest wygodny, duży i przestronny. Podobało mi się to, jak jest urządzony: w prosty, wygodny, nowoczesny sposób. Jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Dodatkowo, widać, że świeżo po remoncie, wszystko schludne i nowe. Bardzo czysto. Znakomity kontakt (przez WhatsApp) z Gospodarzem - niemal natychmiast odpowiada na wszelkie zapytania. Zaskoczyła mnie pozytywnie wymiana ręczników i pościeli pośrodku pobytu.

Odległość od lotniska - to jedyny minus. Przy braku swojego samochodu do obiektu można się dostać jedynie taksówką.

Стаята беше доста по-голяма от очакванията, имахме и самостоятелен вход към стаята, както и маса и 2 стола пред стаята, където можехме да седнем и почиваме също. Чистотата е на ниво. Самата къща е изключително близо до плажа, на около 5 мин. ходене. Смятам и че, цената на нощувката е чудесна. WiFi-ът също беше чудесен.

Няколко дребни неща ни направиха впечатления, които споделихме и с домакините: - в кухненската част може да се остави поне сол, за приготвяне на салата или друго бързо хапване; - рано сутрин между 7 и 8 забелязахме, че няма топла вода - по-скоро е хладка, но след това нямаше проблем. - матракът не беше особено удобен. Но за нас това са дребни неща, тъй като основно бяхме навън - на плажа или разхождайки се, така че по никакъв начин не са попречили на престоя ни.

Örömmel várt minket, nagyon kedves és segítőkész szállásadó, mindig elérhető volt ha volt valami kérdés/gond. 2nap után törülközőcsere, illetve adott amire szükségünk volt
