Stoning view from the big terrace and perfect location.

The location is great. There are shops, restaurants and entertainment for children.The apartment is extremely clean and tastefully done. It has everything you need for a superb stay with a child/ 2 year old/. The view is stunning. Riksa is a wonderful host - responsive and well-intentioned. Communication with her was quick and timely. I give my most positive review. I highly recommend - visit this place. There is a lot to see near Phlogita.

Clean, marvellous sea view, fantastic location and super kind host!!!

As soon as we booked our apartment, amazing host Ritza contacted us with welcoming words! She was so fast meeting us, once we get in Nea Flogita. During our staying electric power turned down due to some issue with oven.In next couple of hours everything was fixed and done. We even got brand new oven! Ritza was super fast with her reaction! Cleaning ladies are so kind and hard working. Every 3rd day we had clean sheets , towels, washed dishes... And most amazing is the SEA VIEW 😍 Endless blue and beautiful sound of waves. ❤️

There is no elevator, but we were perfectly fine with that. Apartments are on 3rd floor. It's just good to know if you are planning your staying in Vasileiadou Coastal rooms.

Exceptional

Everything was great! The view is amazing, it's calm and at the same time close to restaurants, and bars and there is a mini-market 1 minute from the apartment. You are literally at the beach. During the night you can hear the waves and wake up with the gorgeous view on the terrace. Ritsa(the owner) was very, very kind and ready to help with whatever we need!

They have my highest recommendation. We had a wonderful time. Ritsa was an excellent host, and I am not saying this just like that, believe me. The location is great, the beach is a few steps away, the rooms are clean and equipped, the sea view is the best. I am going to visit them again, without any doubt. Do not hesitate to book your room at Vasileiadou Coastal Room and meet Ritsa.
