The street in front of the flat is closed for non-resident cars, so you won't be able to park there to unload your luggage. Although there's free parking on the streets around the place finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge during the peak season, so it might take you a while until you find a spot to park. Took me almost half an hour on the first attempt, but since everything is in a walking distance from the place, once you find a spot you can leave your car for the whole stay there.
