The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine! That is absolutely great in my world. Internet connection is decent. Communication with the hosts was straightforward and they waited for us at arrival. The location of the apartment is excellent.
With the exception of one room, the apartment received almost no natural light. It is on the ground floor and the main bedroom is dark throughout the day, while the living room is in twilight during the day.
Checkout is till 10:00, which is really early when you are on vacation and unusually early. The owner of the apartment is a company and they pretty rigidly request that you tell them the exact time of your departure so they can be there. They will not allow you the luxury of leaving when you finish packing (within the checkout period) and insist that you specify a precise time.
The wardrobes were not cleaned, there was dust inside.
