Nea Plagia Beach

Locatia este intr-adevar foarte aproape de mare, se numeste Maria's House. Nea Plagia Beach fiind locatia geografica, plaje ok unde puteai merge si cu sezlongul tau dar si in plaje amenajate ce porneau de la 4e/pers la fiecare 3ore, consumatia. Balconul generos, dotat cu masa si scaune, posibilitate de umbrire si vedere pe diagonala spre mare. Locatia este linistita, departe de zgomotul central, aproape de o faleza frumoasa, vecini linistiti si draguti Parcare gaseai cu usurinta si in fata locatiei dar si in lateral pe langa intrare. Un apartament ce doreste sa pastreze rusticul si mobilierul de odinioara. Bucatarie dotata decent, frigider cu congelator, AC functional, o sticla de apa rece ce ne astepta, apa calda fara probleme daca urmai instructiunile. Proprietarul ne-a transmis anterior detalii utile, recomandari despre o taverna, un market, o placintarie-inchisa din pacate. S-a ocupat sa ne asigure check in anterior orei 14, stiind ca suntem obositi. Amabil, serviabil, chiar de ajutor cu toate detaliile pregatite, vorbitor de limba engleza

Desi un apartament cu un farmec aparte, este din pacate neingrijit. Totul prafuit, se vedea ca praful era nesters de mult. Plasele de paienjeni stufoase de pe colturi, aratau ca se face curatenie de suprafata din pacate. Neaerisit suficient, cu miros pregnant de vechi, usi foarte vechi si stricate, mobilier de bucatarie foarte vechi si uzat. Din pacate nimeni nu a schimbat lenjeria sau prosoapele toata saptamana. Baia fiind foarte mica, tavan jos, nu adecvata celor foarte inalti.

It was very clean and spacious, a full 70 m2 apartment, close to the beach with amazing beach view from the huge balcony where you can have all your meals or just enjoy looking at the sea. The separate living and dining room was very comfortable, and so were the 2 separate bedrooms with good size beds and additional balconies. The kitchen was fully equipped - full sized cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, basics like salt/vinegar, cleaning supplies, towels, toiletries for the shower, first aid kit, fan and a/c, mosquito nets on every window, basically there was everything stated in the description and more. Also the internet was very good, which has been rare for us in Greece. The hosts were very flexible regarding check-in check out times and generally very nice. The location is calm and quiet, but still only 2-3 minutes away from the restaurant and shopping area. I honestly don't have a single complaint about the place and we'll be definitely going there again.

Although this was not an issue in any way for us, for people with prams or mobility issues, I'd like to mention the apartment is on the first floor, so there is one flight of stairs to climb to get in.
