Beware of the misleading pictures!

The place is nice to stay there... But there is a catch! Check my pictures!

What was advertised as a one-bedroom and a spacious living room apartment is a scam! It's in reality only one room divided by a short wall. You can imagine the shock when we, 3 adults, entered the apartment in the middle of the night and realized that we had to sleep in one room, and we had paid for 5 nights. After complaining to the owner, he agreed to refund us since the pictures of the place were misleading, but... here comes another shock. After the owner discussed with Booking, since they had the money, they informed us that they would return only 40% of the total sum. Now the real SCAM... Booking.com: after writing them 5 times in 3 days span (they promise to respond in 24h), no response at all, after silence treetment i had to call them several times on an international call (no viber, no whatsapp, no mesenger), only to be put on hold for more than 10 minutes (costs me a bunch of money) and they never come with a solution for our problem. At the end, luckily, we found another place to stay in our own arrangement. I wonder why Booking even bothers to offer in-app support when they never respond to people stranded in foreign countries. What a disappointment. So Booking, after many years... never again.
