Clean, all essential facilities and more provided, beautiful sea view from balcony , large space will definitely be booking again in the near future!

We only did one night It was spacious, clean and had a good view. There was tea, coffee and 8 biscuits to help with stay.

We were shocked to arrive and walk out onto balcony and find 3 glass panels shattered and leaning out of vertical. We were not aware of this before arrival. Both safety and view was compromised. I would not stay there with children. Even we stood away from all the panels. Even more worrying was the balcony below extended another 6 feet and children were staying there and if a panel broke they were in danger. There was no warning tape or attempt to make it safer. Such a shame as we’d stay there again if this wasn’t the case as a great aspect and good place.

The location is really good and the parking is easy although the road in front does get quite busy at times. The view from the apartment is superb from The Needles to Old Harry Rocks. You can walk to Hengistbury Head to the East and to Bournemouth Pier in the West along the promenade. and the sandy beaches are really good.

When we arrived scaffolding had been erected to repair the roof, which spoiled the panoramic views and it was easy to bang your head so we couldn't really use the large balcony and enjoy the views. The apartment was quite dirty with lots of cobwebs and dead flies particularly around the patio doors. The kitchen worktops were faded and well past their best, the stairs were dirty, no working extractor fan in the bathroom, cobwebs and spiders in the ceiling lights, only 2 wine glasses. The vertical blinds were faulty and were a pain to open and close fully. The description in Booking.com really doesn't represent the apartment accurately which really upset my wife. Really poor value for money for a £1400/week apartment.
