Der Türgriff im Wohnzimmer war defekt und das Türschloss funktionierte leider nicht ganz einwandfrei. Auch die Balkonmöbel wurden lange nicht mehr gesäubert und entstaubt

The apartment was clean, and towels and bed was good. All arrangements - key access etc. was very smooth and location is really near to the beach.
Unfortunately, there was a lot noise from the neighbor, who was constructing something in his garden. But in late hours he stopped. There was a strong smell in the floor of the house...they put intensive perfume instead.
