    This place is run down and dirty. Looks like the windows and exterior blinds have never been cleaned. Cobwebs and dead spiders in the entrance. Access is through a grungy alley. The check in is a very bad experience. We never did find the code to open the entrance door. Another guest let us in. Was on hold for 10 minutes and gave up. I did receive a call back about 20 minutes later. The process to get a key was long and unwieldy. The location and neighbourhood is great. I would not recommend this property.

    The cleanliness facilities are really very good. Location was just 5 mins from the main railway station. Just a min walk to the Lake Lucerne. But no facilities like hot stove utensils etc. Seeing rooms I misunderstood that it must have the basic facilities like kitchen utensils etc. But overall very good.

    Super clean rooms, housekeeping, in the city center, has AC as well, very nice shower, has elevator, self check-in was easy and complimentary sweets! Can improve on room lighting and clear entrance sign (behind the culinary arts school there is a small lane enter from there)

    need to really read the instructions for accessing the main building before you need to do self check-in at the machine. the phone # provided doesn't work (we ask a maintenance worker we found waiting outside the building to call. they couldnt get it to fix the light either) Location is decent with just 2 bus stops away from main train station & walking distance to Lion's monument & Glacier museum
