    Our stay was great. Even though it was self check in, staff were very quick to respond to our questions everyday. Rooms were clean, simple, we loved that the location was quite close to the main Luzern station - just one stop. Also close by are the numerous grocery marts like Lidl, Denners and Coop.

    Good location, not cheap, aircon provided. Self checkin online was difficult. The staff mentioned check in link in the chat but we couldn’t find it as it was masked by Agoda. End up I requested to send to email. Later I realised we could have done the check in with the kiosk at premise. Their customer service replied quite promptly in to the chat this a value added.

    need to really read the instructions for accessing the main building before you need to do self check-in at the machine. the phone # provided doesn't work (we ask a maintenance worker we found waiting outside the building to call. they couldnt get it to fix the light either) Location is decent with just 2 bus stops away from main train station & walking distance to Lion's monument & Glacier museum
