La situation géographique et la propreté de l'appartement. La communication avec la propriétaire qui était joignable facilement et répondait immédiatement aux demandes. Très bonne communication.
Les travaux et l'état des parties communes (cours intérieures). Il serait souhaitable de faire vérifier la serrure qui dysfonctionne par moment.

Appartement bien équipé Calme et bonne literie Manque un peu de clarté
La cour est un peu encombrée Les pavés, il faut faire attention ils ne sont plus alignés, il a risque de chute Quand je suis arrivé il y avait des travaux de façade mais je n ai pas du tout été gênée, apparemment bien isolé.

La cocina está bien equipada. Se calienta enseguida. Estaba limpio.
1. En la descripción ponía que el transporte al aeropuerto era gratis y no es cierto. 2. No hay armario, ni percheros donde dejar la ropa. 3. La cama está pegada a la pared y para salir hasta de pasar por encima del otro. 4. La manilla para entrar tiene truco y si no lo sabes no puedes cerrar ni abrir.
