The air conditioning was excellent, so needed there, apartment was beautiful and comfortable, great size, absolutely everything you could need

Nothing, slightly far from the centre but some nice restaurants near by

The apartment was very beautiful, and the owner’s great taste could be felt in every detail. It’s located on a quiet, nice, and safe street. Having two bathrooms—one for each bedroom—was very convenient. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which was really important and helpful for us. The apartment had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The lamps in every corner made the place cozy and functional. The tram stop was just a 5–7 minute walk away, with easy access to the city center. Around the corner on a parallel street, there was a small café with friendly staff and the most delicious pastries. The Santa Maria Novella station is only four tram stops away from the nearest station.

The only small issues were that water was leaking from the sink, and since the water supply was divided between the two bathrooms, it wasn’t possible to use both showers at the same time. The floors were also a little dusty.

The apartment, located in a quiet area, is very nice and spacious. It can be easily reached from Santa Maria Novella train station by tram T1 (towards Ospedale) to Muratori Station (Firenze Statuto). Very close to the supermarket.

I requested an invoice for the accommodation after I left the apartment and only received automated responses that I would receive it. Only after several insistences did I receive an invoice, which specified the services provided by CleanBnB and the share due to the owner, and the total invoice did not correspond to the total amount paid by me.

Casa muito espaçosa num bairro tranquilo e seguro, com pastelaria, padaria e supermercado perto. A máquina de lavar roupa é útil para estadias mais longas. Quartos grandes, duas casas de banho e uma sala. Ar condicionado ótimo. Muito perto do fabuloso Museo Stibbert com uma fantástica coleção de armaduras medievais e de samurais, ainda mal conhecido pelos turistas.

É um pouco longe do centro, mas pode-se ir a pé em 20 minutos pois o trajeto é plano. Teria sido bom o anfitrião dar conselhos sobre supermercados, etc, mas estava com muita pressa em ir embora. A casa tinha muitos mosquitos e algumas paredes precisam de ser limpas para retirar restos de mosquitos. A cozinha não tem máquina de café, o que seria expectável numa casa destas e em Itália.
