Apartment Giglio Viola in Florence
A modern house just outside the city centre
Giglio Viola is in a recently renovated historic villa that includes an additional 4 modern apartments. This complex is located just outside the old city centre, in a quiet residential area, not far from the Fortezza da Basso many major events, such as Pitti Uomo, are organized during the year.
The apartment includes a spacious and lumious kitchen overlooking a small terrace, a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom on a mezzanine with a single bed and double sofa bed. The apartment can accomodate up to 5 guests, and is on the same floor of Giglio Bianco which can accomodate 4 more guests to meet the needs of larger groups. Among the amenities of this house, you'll find Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning.

The complex where Giglio Viola is located just outside the historical centre of Florence, and the limited traffic zone, so it's easy arrive by car. It's a tranquil area with no traffic from which guests can access many monuments, including the Duomo or the Museo di San Marco, that are less than 20 minutes away walking distance.

this was a great place for me and my friends to stay for a week. one thing to note is that the "8 min walk to the center" is actually an 8 minute drive we think, but it wasn't a huge problem and we had a great stay overall!

This apartment was excellent. Great location, clean and well appointed. It did not have blankets on the bed - just sheets, which was not ideal.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Florence. The check in/check out process was easy and we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be.
