L’emplacement. Laverie juste en bas de l’immeuble très pratique Épicerie juste en face
Les escaliers pas d’ascenseur. Assez incommodant avec des valises. La taille de la salle de bain : l’espace pour les toilettes est vraiment trop étroit. La douche très petite. Le confort du matelas n’y était pas non plus. Il y a une petite fenêtre dans la chambre, qui donne sur l’espace commun des escaliers. À chaque passage il y a les lumières et le bruit des locataires et bien entendu pas de rideaux pour pour atténuer la gêne.

This place was wonderful for our 2 night stay in Florence. Walkable , comfort - it has a cosy kitchen space where you can sit beside the bedroom. Yes, the bathroom is tiny but ok for us and also very clean. For the price i think it is a great value! Overall a cosy place.
The wifi and the TV not working properly.

Die Lage ist super. Man kann alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, hat Supermärkte und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft.
Das Bett ist leider extrem unbequem, die Matratze ist weich und durchgelegen. Wifi hat nicht richtig funktioniert und auf unsere Nachrichten dazu wurde nur teilweise geantwortet.
