Emplacement parfait au coeur de Santo Spirito avec un super vie de quartier un peu plus authentique que le centre-ville mais à 15 minutes à pied de tout ! Appartement petit mais pratique, le nécessaire est là. Le service qui s'occupe du logement est extrêmement réactif et la personne qui est venue nous remettre les clefs était très agréable et efficace.
La douche est un peu petite mais on s'y fait, malgré la taille la salle de bain est bien conçue. Cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle.

Great location, good value for money and cute apartment. Everything you need is close by. Was a good place for two people to stay for 4 nights. The team were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would stay here again.
As I think this is a new property to be used for accommodation there were just a few things that are an easy fix. The bathroom/shower wasn’t properly cleaned, needs a thorough deep clean all over the walls and floor, shower didn’t drain but the team were helpful and got someone in to sort that immediately. There’s a leaky tap, and the whole place needs a thorough dust/mop (as the cutlery and draws was dusty in the kitchen) as I think they’ve just finished renovations.

Zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Se estropeó la luz y nos dieron la opción de cambiar a otro apartamento en mejores condiciones.
Segundo si. Ascensor, aire acondicionado deficiente, balão muy estrecho, poca luz eléctrica, no hay ropero y paredes sucias con muchos mosquitos.
