Renovated Single Family House with 2 full bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms ( 3 full beds and 2 sofa beds). Fully stocked with everything you need. You are 3 minutes away from beautiful gulf beaches. Great central location in between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach or Downtown St Petersburg - 15-20 minute drive to all. Spring Training ballparks all over. You are a quick drive to all the greatest spots in the area. Quiet and peaceful street/neighbors. Sunroom and Backyard are equipped with party games, mini golf, two grills for barbecuing, firepit, and much more! In addition to 3 full beds, both couches have pull-out sofa-beds so you can sleep the whole family. Garage for your car. Washer/Dryer on site. Come get away!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for us for both visiting family who live nearby, and for getting to the beach. Many stores, restaurants, and Indian Rocks Beach are all within a 10-minute drive. There's a small plaza within walking distance of the house which has a Publix, multiple restaurants, and a nice new coffee shop. The beds were comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. We visit this area at least once per year and would stay here again.

My sister and I, with our 6 children’s ages 2-17, stayed here for a week. It’s was perfect! Fenced in back yard, the house was spotless, washer and dryer in the garage, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!
