Clean well appointed accommodation in a quiet area.

Location was good as the apartment is in a quiet location. Exceptionally clean and well maintained and looks exactly like the photos. Bed was super comfortable with nice bed linen. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

Absolutely no sun on the terrace which I was very disappointed as we couldn’t use it. I appreciate it’s the winter season and the sun is lower but with the pool closed I expected to be able to use the balcony for some of the day. There is only a 2 seater sofa bed in the apartment which is not particularly comfortable so if any more than 2 guests there would be no where to sit.

Don Joaquin Penthouse, good but not perfect.

Pidimme etenkin asunnon kattoterassista. Pikku tyttäremme, alle 1v piti myös kovasti kylpyammeessa kylpemisestä. Taloyhtiön allasalue vaikutti myös mukavalta.

Astiat olivat likaisia ja jouduimme ensitöiksemme tiskaushommiin, joten loma ei alkanut kaikkein mieluisimmin. Tervetulo-vesipullo puuttui myös. Päämakkarin sänky/patja oli todella äänekäs ja kylkeä ei voinut kääntää ilman kamalaa natinaa. Majoittajat vastasivat viesteihin nopeasti, mutta eivät varsinaisesti reagoineet likaisiin astioihin ja puuttuvaan vesipulloon oikein mitenkään. Ja tosiaan, myös kahvikapselikeitin oli tukossa eikä toiminut kunnolla.

Alojamiento muy agradable para pasar unos días en familia. Ideal para cuatro personas.

El piso es perfecto para cuatro personas. Totalmente equipado y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente (muy importante en agosto). La piscina también es muy buena y tiene zona de césped para descansar. No tuvimos ningún problema en la estancia. Muy muy agradable.

El único inconveniente que puedo añadir es que para subir y bajar a la playa hay una cuesta, un desnivel bastante grande en la calle Marysol. Con el carrito de los niños, la sillitas, las toallas y la sombrilla puede hacerse bastante duro esos metros. No está muy lejos pero el desnivel de la calle es importante.
