Schnelle Reaktion auf Kontaktversuche, freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuerin (Katherine) Die Anlage hat eine Garage mit einem großen Stellplatz, Bedienung des Tors per Transponder Wohnung ist ausreichend groß, bietet Schlafplätze für sechs Personen, aber der Esstisch ist nur für vier Leute geeignet Matratze im größeren Schlafzimmer angenehm hart, aber kurz (siehe unten) Viele Schränke und Verstaumöglichkeiten Wifi ist für streaming schnell genug, wenn es funktioniert Fußläufig, in jede Richtung, etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie bspw. Lebensmittel.

Das Haus ist älter und sehr hellhörig Stühle könnten Filzgleiter o.ä. vertragen Abweichend von der Adressanzeige bei booking liegt die Unterkunft direkt an einer stark befahrenen, vierspurigen Straße mit Kreisverkehr, entsprechender Verkehrslärm, auch nachts Generell abgewohnter Zustand der Wohnung, ein Eimer Farbe an den Wänden wäre hilfreich, die Fotos scheinen nicht aktuell zu sein! Die Innenausstattung der Unterkunft ist schon älteren Datums Alle Betten sind sehr bzw. zu kurz für Leute, die größer sind als 1,75m Das Bettzeug ist teilweise verschlissen, Knöpfe fehlten, teilweise war das Bettzeug schmutzig Die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren ebenfalls teilweise schmutzig Die Regendusche ist nur für Menschen unter 1,75m gemacht. Küchenausstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, überschaubare Anzahl an Besteck und Gläsern, ein Toaster fehlt, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben, der alternative Sandwichmaker war total verdreckt und musste vor Gebrauch erst durch uns gereinigt werden. Die Beleuchtung in der Küche war mehrheitlich defekt (fünf von sechs Lampen gingen nicht). Die defekten Lampen wurden erst -nach Aufforderung- sofort durch die Betreuerin ausgetauscht/ersetzt Wir fanden, dass das Appartment SO den geforderten Preis nicht wert war
