Very comfortable and clean, fabulous views across to Cremyll.
It was a lovely apartment but the only downside from our point of view was the stairs, of course you have to accept a top floor apartment will have a number of flights of stairs. It was only because of our age (pensioners) that we found it difficult.

Un appartement bien aménagé avec une vue plaisante sur une large étendue d'eau au loin, et le paysage en bordure de la ville. Il est bien équipé et meublé. Sa situation est à distance du centre mais une liaison par ferry est à quelques minutes à pied, avec le charme de découvrir la baie de Plymouth en allant ainsi au quartier touristique. La location inclut une place de parking réservée sur l'arrière du bâtiment.
La rue est assez bruyante côté chambres.

The flat was good, comfortable and very well equipped.
Access from the car parking area was totally unacceptable. To reach the apartment entrance it was necessary to pass through an area of scaffolding, builders rubble, rubbish and dangerous with steps up and down.
