Primula Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Great location! Easy to walk to places, stores, cafes and gelato nearby. Apartment stayed cool with the AC. If you are noise sensitive bring earplugs but it was really not bad! Bed was very comfy. Nice clothes washing machine, stove and oven. Communication with hosts was excellent!

It could use a bit of minor repairs to make the place a 10. The door handles for one room were falling off and the front door is loose. We didn’t use the dishwasher as there was an odor under the sink that is perhaps because of the old building. Access card for the trash was not provided. The electricity went out three times, when AC and induction stove were run together. But good instructions were provided to turn it back on. The charm of an old building 🙂 Other upgrades could be a larger family side salad bowl and some extra cushions for relaxing in bed as there is no sofa and only the two pillows.

Es un alojamiento bastante confortable, con dos habitaciones muy espaciosas, el salón cocina está bastante equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia en Bolonia. La ubicación también está bien, puesto que del centro queda a unos minutos andando.

The apartment is in the center, few minutes walking from central places like St. Stefano. The check-in was perfect. Like in the pictures, there are two rooms reachable from the kitchen. Everything needed was available.

But it's in the first floor with the windows of the bed-rooms to the street. I guess because of being below the arcade the noise of the street is rather prominent.
