The location is good — far enough from the noise, but still close enough to easily walk to key areas. The neighborhood is nice and residential, and the apartment is quite spacious.

Overall, I felt the apartment was overpriced for what it offers. If it had been cheaper, some of the issues wouldn’t have bothered me as much. One important thing to note is that the heating is turned off during a certain period in Bologna (which I wasn’t aware of), and the apartment was quite cold. Unfortunately, the bedding was not adequate — instead of a proper duvet, there was only a thin blanket, which made it uncomfortable at night. The bedroom is located in a lower ground/basement level with very little natural light and it was even colder there. The sofa upstairs is also quite uncomfortable. Another downside is the noise — it’s very loud, and you can feel vibrations when public transport passes by. If you are sensitive to noise or looking for a restful sleep, this might not be the best option.

Apartament znajduje się blisko centrum, co jest ogromnym plusem, a dojście do najważniejszych miejsc w mieście jest naprawdę wygodne. Samo mieszkanie jest dobrze urządzone, zadbane i posiada wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Very friendly and helpful staff – from the very beginning we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is located close to the city center, which is a huge advantage, and getting to the most important places in the city is really convenient. The apartment itself is well furnished, well maintained, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Jedynym minusem może być hałas z zewnątrz, ale wynajmując nocleg w tak świetnej lokalizacji, trzeba się z tym po prostu liczyć. The only downside might be the noise from outside, but when renting accommodation in such a great location, it’s simply something to expect. Overall, we rate our stay very positively.

地理位置很好很方便，接待的工作人员很负责，有耐心的沟通。住的比较舒服！附近有超市很方便。屋子空间很舒服，设施很齐全。是一个优雅简洁的住所。

排水，排水的问题真的很严重，正常洗澡的水是排不到掉的，甚至会流到客厅。还有空调没有作用。因为这个原因不得不开窗户，但是临街的噪音真的很大。如果空调没有问题，噪音也不会是问题。

Die Lärmbelästigung war außergewöhnlich in der vielbefahrenen Innenstadtstraße, mindestens eine Busfahrt pro Minute, von 6 Uhr bis 1 Uhr war Lärm. Da halfen auch die guten Fenster nicht. Und das namensgebende Finestrella sui portici war nicht geräuschgedämmt.
