Poor service

The fact that I had to walk to another building to g e t a key No iron Wrong door code on key ring TV not working At least tell what need to bring with us

Disgusting and should not be allowed to be advertising any rooms

Absolutely nothing

It was disgusting. Advertised as a delux double room it was rank and also had metal bunk beds. Shabby shoddy dirty room. Curtains hanging off the window it smelt there was no bathroom so would have to use a communal bathroom. It seemed that it was been used for social housing and letting out the odd room if no tenants! Wouldn’t sleep an animal in there and needless to say we could not stay. We intend to get reimbursed and the owner said he would not quibble about authorising a refund.

Ceiling was cracked and looked like collapsing had to walk to another hotel to check in then get ripped off for parking on the private land of the hotel also stop demanding I have to give a copy of photographic identification I'm English I live in England !

Absolutely disgusting.

The location

Furniture broken & old,carpet stained. Massive crack through sealing. Bed was cheap metal frame & mattress thin & uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small impossible to even turn round in let alone change in. On arrival was a sign on the door to tell us to collect key from another hotel which was not ideal as it was raining,the receptionist was rude, parking cost an extra £10. No tv in room as stated. Booked for myself & sister for my birthday as meeting friends. I got a lift 25 miles home after our meal as there was no way I was staying there, my sister did however but not a great experience. No offer of breakfast which was probably lucky for her. Place should be condemned!

Bad

Unfortunately there is nothing to like about the Palm Beach hotel.

We booked a double room. I didn't expect much for the price, as we paid £95/night and was planning to stay two nights. The room looked like it was furnished from the skip. The fabric around the bottom of the bed was torn to shreds, the curtain was falling off, the light in the bathroom didn't work, the telly didn't work. The carpet was dirty and the window overlooked a pile of rubbish. The bathtub and the sink were stained with who knows what and there was dirt sitting around the edge of the bathtub. There was no bin neither in the room, nor the bathroom, so good luck to the ladies, who happen to need it. When we complained that the room looked like a homeless shelter, we were offered a "better"room that was equally horrible. The third room they offered wasn't any better. They were not going to give a refund, so we left rather than staying the second night and ruining our weekend. Shocking that this establishment calls itself a hotel. Fire extinguishers were used as doorstops, the carpets were dirty and torn. Save yourself the grief and avoid this place.

i had to check in at a different hotel, the hotel was not clean and run down, i checked and i was not able to lock the door for the inside which made me feel unsafe
