Great stay for a group

Great stay, check in was easy, location is near metro line, there is a lidl nearby. Room is clean and comfy. It was quiet during our stay. There are two ACs, one in living room and one in bedroom. Bed in bedroom has an option to adjust height which is nice.

Couch in living room is ok but could be a bit more comfortable.

The host communicated well. Great location - 16 minutes by metro to the cathedral, nearby cafe, Lidl. The apartment is well equipped, thought about the comfort of the guests, quality mattresses of the sleeping beds - we had a great rest. We found everything we could need in the kitchen - spices and coffee as well. Thank you and good luck!

Un po' rumorosa. Avendo la metro sotto ed essendo al 1 piano si sente il passaggio dei treni.

Se cerchi la vicinanza alla metro

La posizione era perfetta, uscivi dallo stabile e ti trovavi l ingresso delle metropolitano linea M1 villa San Giovanni. In 10 minuti di metro si stava al Duomo. Appartamento rifatto a nuovo. Bagno nuovo. Camera da letto matrimoniale e divano letto in cucina. Biancheria da bagno e lenzuola pulite. Il proprietario ha lasciato a disposizione delle bustine di thè molto apprezzato.

La troppa vicinanza alla metro faceva sì che si sentisse passare la metro e vibrasse lo stabile con difficoltà la notte per dormire. Basterebbe un mobile cucina nuovo per cambiare completamente l'aspetto alla cucina.

Sarà stato una sfortuna capitata a noi, ma io e la mia compagna non siamo riusciti a dormire perché c'era il vicino di appartamento che ha ben pensato di fare rumori fastidiosi di ogni tipo dalle 2 di notte fino alle 4 e mezza circa. Porta che sbatteva ripetutamente, doccia aperta, lavatrice altri rumori che non sono riuscito a capire di cosa si trattasse. Ero a limite per chiamare i carabinieri. Spero che sia stato un evento capitato solo a noi.

Non tornerò per me in blacklist

Caldo torrido, non si riesce a dormire, interlocutore concentrato sul suo essere e delle sue regole, nessuna considerazione del cliente . La tassa comunale pretesa sebbene compresa dalla proposta di Booking. Inutile avere la macchina del caffè senza una cialda, non posso portare da casa cialde di ogni marca e modello della macchina presente esistono troppe tipologie.avrei da dire altro ma basta così.

J’entendais le bruit de la télé du voisin jusque tard la nuit. Le drap du lit avait des petites bouloches, ce qui était peu agréable au toucher de la peau, il ne semblait pas être du 100% cotton. 1 seule capsule de café et 1 seule bouteille d’eau étaient à disposition. Il aurait été bien d’en mettre 2.

Bel posto per corti soggiorni, vicino alla fermata del metro.

La struttura era pulita. Vicinissima alla fermata di metro. Un posto piacevole.

Non abbiamo dormito tutta la notte perché sotto l’appartamento c’è una panetteria dove fino le 5 di mattina si è lavorato - hanno spostato mobili, battuto - difficile dire da che cosa venivano i rumori, però si sentiva tutto ed è stato particolarmente difficile riposarsi 🙃 Nella casa c’è la lavatrice come scritto, ma c’è il divieto di utilizzarla. Ed anche la macchina di caffè ma senza caffè. Non abbiamo avuto le lenzuola per il secondo letto - ma visto che siamo venuti nella stanza solo per un paio di ore, non abbiamo risolto questo problema.

Ottima posizione. Metropolitana per il centro città attaccata al palazzo e vari altri servizi nelle vicinanze. Appartamento dotato di tutto, pulito e spazioso.

Rumoroso nelle ore notturne a causa di un panificio adiacente. Per lo stesso motivo l'appartamente risulta essere molto caldo nonostante i caloriferi spenti.

Super ubytovanie v dobrej lokalite

Čistota bytu, vybavenie bytu, dostatočne veľký priestor, komfortný check in/check out, komunikácia s majiteľom, cena za ubytovanie, lokalita - v blízkosti Lidl, stanica metra a v budove ako je byt sa nachádzajú dve pekárne.

Pod budovou, kde sa nachádza byt prechádza metro plus v budove na prízemí je pekáreň - väčšia hlučnosť. Ale toto sa nedá ovplyvniť. Nepokazilo nám to dojem z ubytovania :-) boli sme spokojní.

Posizione ottima, esattamente davanti all’entrata ed uscita della metro. Casa molto accogliente, proprietario molto disponibile, presenza di condizionatore sia in sala che in camera. Mi ha fatto piacere trovare due bottigliette d’acqua a mia disposizione e pure le capsule per il caffè!
