The apartment was ok. after being there the landlord informed us about fees and parking habits via booking chat. If you are there, check the booking chat for information.

We booked it because of the free parking offer: but when we arrived, it turned out that it is free only from 13:00. The apartment was noisy (the boiler is nosy and the metro rumbles down loudly). The numbers of the keybox are outdated at the Booking site: the landlord tried to reach us via booking-chat but gmail couldn't forward the message containing the new code, so we stood at the main entrance of the building without any help to get in. The apartment was overpriced (old building, old bathroom, dirty walls).

Appartamento comodo e funzionale

Il punto di forza di questa struttura è la posizione, proprio su una fermata della metro rossa,per cui vai ovunque.Nelle vicinanze molte attività commerciali: supermercati,panifici, farmacia.Francesca ,la host,precisa e veloce nelle risposte su WhatsApp. L'appartamento in sé è comodo,2 ampie camere: una camera da letto e una cucina/soggiorno in cui viene aperto un letto matrimoniale in caso di letti aggiuntivi.La camera però è ampia e il letto non intralcia assolutamente la vita quotidiana.

L' appartamento, in generale,avrebbe bisogno di un po' di cura in più. Piccole cose tipo il telecomando della TV che non funziona, mensole impolverate, e qualche parete scrostata in bagno. Nulla che però vi possa rovinare la vacanza.
