Lokalita je výborná, blízo stredu obce s dobrým prístupom aj autom. Blízko na vlakovú stanicu. Ubytovacie zariadenie má dostatok parkovacích miest priamo pri zariadení. Blízko sa nachádzajú aj predajne potravín. Pán majiteľ bol veľmi priateľský a ústretový. Ubytovanie neposkytuje sprchový šampón, čo ale pri znalosti vopred nie je žiadny problém.
jednu vec na zlepšenie by sme odporúčali a to doplnenie prípravku na umývanie riadu v kuchynskom kúte.
