The lower level showcases a bedroom, bathroom, stunning living room and family room, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The chef-inspired kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals for your family and friends. The dining nook is a roomy and sunlit space, offering the ideal setting to share stories over dessert and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Upstairs, the ocean-view balcony invites you to soak in the beauty of the surrounding coastal landscape while enjoying refreshing sea breezes.
It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day at nearby LEGOLAND, one of Carlsbad’s pristine beaches, or a day of watersports at the nearby lagoon. The backyard is a haven of relaxation and entertainment with a lush turf area and a sandbox for the little ones. The spacious covered patio and outdoor kitchen allow you to enjoy alfresco dining and barbecues and the fire pit is the perfect addition to winding down for the evening. There are 2 studios on the property with separate entrances. One studio is occupied by a long term tenant and there is a door that leads to a short hallway into the studio. Neither you, nor the tenant have keys to the doors and one cannot be accessed via the other. The other studio is reserved to the family of the owners when they are in town and also shares a door but it remains locked. Both studios front doors are behind the side gate to the north of the house. Also, no pets are allowed at this property. Sorry!
