Great location Good aircon which coped effortlessly with mid 30 degrees C Spacious light and airy Lots of storage Parking included (but a bit tight if you had a big car) Good double glazing which blocked out the noise one evening when an event was on Great wifi Host provided helpful pack with local information

The main TV was broken (the owner did offer to install a new one the next day but we declined) One aircon was leaking so we couldn't use it

Great location, fantastic views, a lovely apartment and a wonderful host.

This was our second stay at the apartment. The location is excellent, close to the ferries and a short walk to the train station. There are loads of restaurants nearby and I'd highly recommend The Cave. The apartment has got pretty much everything you need, and the host is fantastic if you have any problems or questions.

A Perfect Stay in Desenzano – Highly Recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better—right in front of the harbor, which made it super convenient to catch boats to explore other parts of Lake Garda. It’s situated above one of the best gelaterias in Desenzano (and right next to the other top one!), with plenty of great dining options nearby and a playground within walking distance—perfect for families. The host was exceptional: friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She even picked us up from the railway station and brought our luggage by car, which made our arrival stress-free. Inside, the apartment exceeded expectations. It was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped for both adults and small children (ours are 1 and 3 years old). There was a high chair, a baby bed, fun toys, Mickey Mouse comics, and even a washing machine—which came in very handy. The sofa was large and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the kids to play safely. The balcony in front of the lake was spacious, comfortable and safe for the children. There, we could relax or enjoy meals outdoors and it could be illuminated by a lamp in the evening. It was a real highlight!

Everything was so well thought out untill the smallest details that nothing worth mentioning stood out as a downside. It's rare to stay somewhere that meets or even exceeds expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view

The location of the apartment is great, right in the city center with a beautiful view from the terrace. Dedicated parking space in the yard is a great advantage. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped (including games and books). Federica is a great hostess, communication with her was perfect, she gave us good tips for trips. We really enjoyed our stay (despite the bad weather) Thank you very much :-)

The perfect accommodation!

Federica was just the most fantastic hostess and super helpful! She followed up with us during our stay and made sure that we were comfortable. The apartment is perfectly located across from the lake and the ferry and so well equipped with everything you need! Also plenty of restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. The instructions book for the apartment is informative and helpful. We were four adults and a baby and had the perfect stay, Federica even provided a crib and bedding. The beds were comfy, the electric sun shades a welcome surprise and the porch overlooking the lake was absolutely dreamy. I can't imagine a better place to stay around the lake!!

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, przy samym deptaku i porcie promowym. Mimo dużej ilości ludzi od rana do wieczora, w apartamencie nie było tego słychać. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie podstawowe produkty przydatne podczas kilkudniowego pobytu, m.in w pralkę. W kuchni były niezbędne przyrządy do gotowania. Dwie łazienki co dla nas, przy 4 osobach doroslych i dziecku było bardzo na plus. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna.

W apartamencie było trochę mrówek.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, geräumig für drei Personen. Wir haben alles was wir brauchen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Aus unserer Sicht ist das Bed einwenig zu hart. Deswegen ist ein Stern wenig.
