Great stay for a great price!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful and communication was great throughout the whole stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean with most things you could need for your stay. Although we didn't use the pool or hot tub, these were great facilities to have available and the whole grounds were very well kept. Lastly, location is great with around a 20 minute walk down to the lake front with probably half of it downhill. All in all a fantastic place to stay for the price and we would definitely stay again!

Just small little things that can help with your stay like tea towels, kitchen roll, oven gloves e.t.c. but apart from that not much.

Perfect getaway with top notch hospitality

We had a genuinely pleasant stay at this apartment, and a big part of that was thanks to the fantastic hosts (Antonella and Fabio). They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even picking us up from the train station and dropping us off! The hot tub and pool were amazing amenities that added to the relaxation. Antonella and Fabio were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, but the hosts truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! We would love to return again 😁

A really enjoyable stay. The service was very good, our apartment was clean and nice and we enjoyed the stay.

The property was very clean and looked really nice. Also it was in a really good place and near to all of our interests, such as Dezensanos old town and South Garda karting track. Also there was a big parking lot

it was a relaxing stay, apartments are new, fully equipped, the was even washing machine there. we enjoyed the outside jacuzzi and tranquility of the place. Parking was right to the entrance door, so we didn’t have to carry all the suitcases here and there. the hosts are very friendly, too

Clean modern apartments, great hosts.

Antonella and her husband were fantastic hosts and were so helpful to us for our week stay in their apartments. The apartments are like new and have everything you need as a family. Beds are comfortable and the facilities like the pool, tennis court, astro football pitch are great. With just 11 apartments the venue is "quiet" and even with all apartments full you'd actually think your there on our own. As a family we have been to many camp sites, hotels and air bnb's across europe this is definitely one of my favourites and not over priced. Live like a local and drink will enjoy cappuccino for €1.50 and pizza from €5, you can't ask for better than that!

You probably need a car to make it more convenient, however if i was there for longer I would have hired bikes.

Antonella is great. Every little issue we've had she took care and was very helpful with everything. The facilities are great and well maintained. The area is great location and with peaceful environment.

I think that needed in the windows a net against the mosquitos... Beside that the bath is too small for taking shower small kids. Beside those 2 little thinks it was really pleasure to host in your side. Many thanks

Firsf of all Place Holder was very gentle and helped in everything in every time. It's very important in country that you don't know. She helped us to find right places for everything: wineyards, supermarkets, good places that we of course visited. Perfect place to travel in the north. We really enjoyed our stay there. The flat is clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub is a big plus. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Would definitly come here again

Schönes Gelände

Die Lage ist super, ruhig, zum Strand sind es max 10 Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist total freundlich, sehr bemüht, gibt viele Tipps und Hinweise. Es ist auch angenehm, dass man Räder kostenlos leihen kann. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Man kann den Garten nebst Pool, Whirlpool und Sportanlagen nutzen. Super Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen.

Es waren wunderbare 14 Tage und die ideale Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge wie Salo, Mantova u. Verone

Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig etwas erhöht am Ortsrand von Desenzano. Zu Fuß in das Centrum (FuZo) von Desenzano läuft man ca. 25 Minuten. Für die ältere Generation (Rentner) ist besonders der Rückweg etwas anstrengend. Fährt man mit dem PKW ins Centrum sind Parkplätze u. Parkhaus relativ teuer. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Anlage besonders gut geeignet und bietet mit Pool und Tennisplatz nebst kleinem Spielplatz einen Ort für besondere Erholung. Die Eigentümer Antonella und Fabio sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

De Anlage entsprach unseren Erwartungen womit es nichts negatives zu berichten gibt.

Logement moderne et confortable, hôtes extrêmement accueillants (contact direct par whatsap et à notre arrivée), très belle piscine, situation proche du centre

De toutes petites choses: éclairage un peu faible sur la terrasse, une deuxième lampe de chevet dans la chambre à 3 lits serait bienvenue ainsi qu’un petit couteau de cuisine

Ein entspannender Urlaub , diese Anlage kann man nur empfehlen!!!!

Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, der Chef hat uns persöhnlich vom Bahnhof zu dem Apartment hin gebracht, und zur Rückreise auch wieder zum Bahnhof - einfach klasse der Service. Der Pool war super, weitläufiges Gelände, man hätte auch ein Fahrrad ausleihen können kostenlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde sofort ein Sonnenschirm geliefert, Die Küche war voll ausgestattet bis hin zum Toaster und der Kaffeemaschine.

Da es seeehr heiß war, und wir kein Auto hatten war es nicht einfach mal kurz Lebensmittel ein zu kaufen oder in die Stadt zu gehen - klar hätten wir ein Fahrrad ausleihen können, aber da es zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder zum Gardasee Berg abging, wäre es bei der Hitze kein Spaß gewesen den Berg wieder hinauf zu fahren. Wer motorisiert ist , ist hier klar im Vorteil.

Een hele mooie ruime locatie waarbij alles aanwezig was (zwembad, tennisbaan, speeltuintje)

Voor aankomst kreeg ik al appjes waarin we welkom werden geheten en de locatiegegevens van het appartement doorgestuurd. Dit maakte de reis nog makkelijker. Bij aankomst kregen we uitgebreid informatie, met prijzen, wat er in de omgeving te doen is. De eigenaresse was niets teveel om ons te helpen: ik had mijn ereader in het overnachtingshotel laten liggen en zij heeft geregeld dat deze naar de accommodatie werd gestuurd.

Mooie en rustige omgeving. Centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes. Fijne ontvangst, goede tips voor uitstapjes. Prima restaurant op loopafstand Trisac.it heerlijke gerechten fijne bediening
