Puntamika excellence

Everything, location is great right by the beach, easy access to the old town and the airport. Lovely apartment with great views from the balcony. We are looking at returning already.

Nothing we didn't like, we could of done with a toaster, but that is just our personal preference.

Highly recommended

Great location only 200m or so from the sea and several local quality restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean, comfortable with a nice little balcony in a quiet location and parking. Mateo, the host, is exceptional with his communication. He sends a link for the full apartment details and how to provide the information to meet the Croatian Government check in requirements.

Exceptional

We were traveling with a family. It was perfect place. The beach is 2 min walk. Restaurants is 1 min walk in another side. Very quite place and not a lot people on the beach. But to the center of Zadar was 10 min by car. Owners are great people, who are ready to help you in any situation. It is new on booking, so don’t afraid of absence reviews. We like this place and hope to come back.

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, viel Platz, alles sauber, großer Balkon. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Strand in der Nähe, auch kleines Supermarkt in der Nähe. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Все отлично.В апартаментах было все необходимое,а если что-то еще нужно было ,хозяйка апартаментов предоставляла ,за что огромная ей благодарность. Очень близко до моря,до Борика 7минут,но мы плавали возле дома

Отсутствие москитных сеток от Комаров.Фумигатор с таблетками был предоставлен в комнате,но комары на него не очень сильно реагировали

Fantastyczny pobyt

Obiekt przerósł moje oczekiwania. :) W apartamencie znaleźliśmy wszystko co potrzebne,aby zrobić posiłek i posprzątać po nim. Miałam obawy czy wszystko będzie,bo podróżowaliśmy wyłącznie z bagażem podręcznym. Bardzo miło się zaskoczyłam. W lodówce niespodzianka. Właściciel miły. Z balkonu mieliśmy widok na morze. Podobał mi się pomysł ukrytej szafy w ścianie, dzięki czemu łatwo było zadbać o porządek w sypialni i walizki były schowane. Nasz roczny synek czuł się w apartamencie bardzo swobodnie, a my byliśmy o niego spokojni, bo czystość również była na wysokim poziomie. Do centrum blisko, piechotą około 35 min. Do fajnej restauracji przy morzu 5 min. Do plaży 5 min. Do innych plaży 10 min. Do przystanku autobusowego 5 min. Będziemy polecać znajomym i jeśli będziemy jeszcze w Zadarze to na pewno skorzystamy z tego noclegu,bo czułam się w nim jak w domu. Polecam :)

Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin und die Lage zum Strand machen alles wett und lassen uns wiederkommen.

Super Lage. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 5 Minuten zur Strandbar mit leckerem Essen, 6 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 8 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum. Am Anreisetag gekühlte Getränke vorgefunden! Vermieterin hätte auch noch Brotzeit gebracht (kamen abends an). DieVermieterin hat auch mehrmals frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbeigebracht. Ausreichend Toilettenartikel vorhanden. Ausgezeichnete Klimaanlage mit Fernbedienung.

Sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Wenige Küchenartikel. Allerdings haben wir nie gekocht. Der Boden war nicht richtig gereinigt, ansonsten war alles sauber. Leider keinen deutschen Sender beim Fernseher gefunden.
