Incredible view

Had the most lovely stay in this delightful apartment located opposite the beach and offered stunning sea views from the large balcony. Hosts were super friendly and even got us gifts of homemade wine, olive oil and fruits, so thoughtful. Location is superb as you come out of the property the beach is right there (take beach shoes for the pebbles) to the right a bar called Bamboo is 5 minutes walk away, no food but lovely drinks there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the old town is a 30 minute walk away,€5 uber or catch the sea taxi which is a 10 minute walk away for a few euros each. Thankyou for making our first and definitely not last trip to Zadar so memorable 💖.

A Dream Stay in Zadar — Ocean Views, Marina Access, and Unforgettable Experiences

My stay in Zadar was nothing short of incredible, thanks to this perfectly located accommodation. Situated right across from the ocean, the property offers stunning views of the marina that I enjoyed every day from the comfort of the balcony — an experience that truly elevated the entire trip. The location is not only scenic but also highly convenient. A short 15-minute drive brings you to Zadar’s charming old town, while local restaurants and beautiful coastal walking paths are just a stone’s throw away. We took full advantage of being right by the marina and booked a sailing trip with Petar from ZARA Sailing https://www.facebook.com/people/ZARA-Sailing/61576894107141/?_rdr — the boat departed just steps from our door. It was an incredible way to experience the Adriatic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Another highlight was watching one of the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen from Zadar Sunset – Puntamika Point. The sky lit up with colors over the sea and the view was truly magical — it’s not to be missed. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day of exploring, the peaceful setting and panoramic views made every moment feel special. I can’t recommend this spot enough to anyone planning a trip to Zadar. It’s the perfect combination of natural beauty, comfort, and convenience. I’d return in a heartbeat!

The apartment was well equipped . The host was really accommodating and was available to help when needed. Beautiful area and directly across from a small beach and an Uber into old town was between 5-10 euro. Balcony is perfect in the morning to soak up a bit of sun

Cozy studio

Very nice and clean studio. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, so you won't do your dishwashing during your holidays :) Nice view from the terrace. Host is very friendly and flexible.

Great place to stay, perfect location and really nice staff

Perfect studio with really nice terrace with view directly to the beach. The beach is literally across the road, 20m from the house. Supermarket is close, few nice restaurants and nextbike station nearby. Studio includes all the facilities such as washing machine, big oven and stove, fridge, freezer, TV. Toilet is outside the room, hairdryer available as well. By bike, it takes around 20 minutes to reach the city centre.

The location is just lovely! It is such a lovely house with such a well interieur!

Actually we had bad luck. There was Puntamiska Festa directly in front of the house, a street festival with hundreds of guests - normally a wonderful thing, but we extra came there for relax vacation as my wife is pregnant, so it did not fit to us at the moment. I am sure a year earlier we would have rated this fest with perfect view on it and on the stage from balcony as the best part of the flat. ;-)

De plek is prachtig. Fantastisch uitzicht en je kan zo vanuit je appartement naar de zee lopen. De eigenaren zijn super aardig en behulpzaam, we kregen verse druiven en vijgen uit eigen tuin
