Big, Beautiful & clean property. Great location.
Upon getting to location, we had the people upstairs parked in our parking, wasn’t a big deal as they quickly moved. Checked in/got to condo around (7:45pm or so) we (wife & 2 kids age 7yrs and 2yr old) decided to go swimming. The people up on top had already been swimming with their kids and wasn’t loud at all when we got there. I went to my truck within 5 min of getting out of pool to get something from my truck to find 2 SPI police outside due to neighbors calling in a noise complaint. They told us the neighbors always call in due to noise in pool and we have to be quiet or out of pool by 9pm. So this was a big issue as we were unaware we couldn’t enjoy being in the pool as neighbors would call police for little noise. The flooring from stairs is very hollow, as all night and Into the morning we can hear any walking/movement or chairs moving on the floors. When we got to location, AC thermostat was pretty hot at 79 and when I tried to lower the AC, it is locked as the owner/management of property has complete WiFi control over the AC and had to text management to lower it. I understand they might want to conserve energy, but I’ve never had anyone control the AC for me and not to my likes during my stay. It’s definitely a great location and beautiful big place, but these small things kind of messed with our vacation vibe as we felt we had to be quiet during our stay before the cops are called again.
