When we got there I checked everything out before unpacking any of our belongings for anything that’s maybe damaged to the property so we know it wasn’t us and not get charged for other people damaging or leaving it dirty before we got there. Only complaint was that microwave wasn’t cleaned out before we got there and there was a pan with oil left behind in the oven and the fridge was dirty all over it. Called right away to have these things taken care of because we pay for it to be cleaned and it’s supposed to be ready for us to use. We arrived at 6:30 pm so we got in later than we expected to. Other than that it was a great stay we would definitely go again. The manager and host did reply eventually and sent someone to clean up after I called luckily I’m very fluent in Spanish they sent clean up crew that either really didn’t know English or pretended to not know. So the ladies didn’t know what they were to clean up. One seemed to be in charge and the other lady was being trained maybe because she was standing around barely helping. They were nice cleaned up quickly and apologized for the mess and left. Again manager and host did get back to us and made it right. Loved all the nautical fixings in the home and loved how close it was to the beach. 5 minute walk very convenient. Thank you for being our home away from home.
