This is a wonderful top floor end unit condo with sunset views and top end appliances and finishes. It is beautifully furnished, stainless-steel Kenmore and GE appliances, fully tiled bathrooms with frameless glass doors, well equipped kitchen, with plenty of dishes for dinner parties. There is a well-equipped office in the loft area perfect for remote work. Bring your surface pro and use the docking station or bring your own docking for your laptop. Keyboard, mouse, printer, paper, dual monitors, comfortable chair with awesome view, and Logitek webcam available.
Min weekly rental and the Condo Bylaws strictly prohibit Spring Breaker Rentals.
This spacious condominium has a lofted 3rd bedroom with the largest floor plan top floor end unit. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We have motorized storm shutters on the deck which make it an outdoor room as well. The whole west wall is glass, and you see water from floor to horizon, blue skies from horizon to ceiling. Looking south one sees the shoreline, migrating birds, Causeway, or looking west and north for the daily main event-the sunset. Watch windsurfer's colorful sails race over the water, all the way up the Bay towards Corpus Christie. We are directly on the Bay 2.9 miles from the Bridge with our own boat docks, and dock lounge area, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.
Have a boat? This is the place for world famous fishing, from your own boat, Fish off the dock, or talk to me for the best Red Fish guide in the area. You can walk, jog or run to the beach! Schlitterbahn amusement park is close by. World class bird watching from the new Birding Center 0.5 miles north of the condo, as is Sea turtle Inc. The condo is also within one mile from the Whaling wall and South Padre Island convention center. Tierra Encantada is the center of Windsurfing and Kites, lessons and rentals are right next store, one place to the south along the bay.
You will feel right at home with this well-designed floor plan. Tierra Encantada as it’s name implies is a very enchanting friendly complex, not your typical resort packed with party goers, security fence installed. There are many regulars that return year after year.
A wonderful place to get away from it all and enjoy the Gulf Beaches.

We very much enjoyed the condo, the sunset views were amazing. It had everything you needed to cook your meals. We loved the dock and spent most evenings fishing. The walk to the public access for the beach was an easy walk.

Beautiful condo & gorgeous views. Kitchen was extremely well equipped.Great location. Walkable to stores, restaurants & the beach.Owner was very responsive to a few minor quirks at check in.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is by far the best place we have stayed on the island. We will be back next year. Very well stocked with everything we needed.

Gorgeous views, lots of room, nice pool area, great fishing off the dock, super clean, safe gated area with quick communication. We will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10
