-Parking-There is one designated parking spot located on P2 across from the elevators. Go up the hill into the garage, turn right and it's on the left. It is marked 1203. Overflow parking is across the street; it has first come first serve. There is also a public lot across the street. It is $12 a day. We encourage you to travel with as few vehicles as possible.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
-Towels for beach outings are not supplied.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had 10 people stay and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The balcony was very spacious with ample amount of seating!!! Most of the lights in the condo are controlled with a remote and we could not turn on 2 of the lights in the bedrooms. One of the other lights we had to move around and try different angles to get it to work. The Host asked mid trip how everything was going so light issue was reported and they reported it would be looked at.There is only one parking spot at the condo and it is not truck or big car friendly There is extra free parking across the road but it is first come first serve and limited. There is also a third option for parking but it cost 14 a day and there is a sign that says park at you own risk. Cleanliness was decent. The view was absolutely beautiful!!!Multiple souvenir shops and ice cream shops across the road and a walmart about 3-5 minutes down the road. The host was absolutely great, had great communication and responded very quickly!

The property is beautiful! Beds are super comfortable! We had 9 adults and we never felt crowded. The balcony is the best festure! It is so big!! Best communication with the managers too! Will stay here agaon for sure!

Excellent overall experience. Unit was clean and spacious with a huge balcony. Parking space was easily accessible and near the elevators which had a very low wait time. Host was very communicative, he let us know before we arrived of minor damage left by the previous occupants and it was fixed within an hour of our arrival. Will stay again.

We stayed here while in town for a fishing trip. Great Condo! We would recommend staying here with large groups.
