Several days before we arrived, I received a text from the booking company that a golf cart was included with the room and requested me to fill out paperwork and send a copy of drivers licenses and insurance. I completed it and the company text me the code to get to the cart in the garage. When we arrived we tried the code. It didn’t work. Company sent us the code and instructions again. Didn’t work. After several tries we found out the property did not have a golf cart and actually had not had one in over a year. Hot tub was disgusting. They did send someone out the next day and had it cleaned. The community swimming pool was dirty with trash cans overflowing. When we complained about the pool we were told the property is in a HOA and they were the ones that took care of the pool. The HIA did send someone out later that afternoon but did not touch the trash. We had a few issues with the house like a broken door knob, ice maker didn’t work and the air conditioner went out in the 3rd floor the last night. We had 5 people staying in those rooms and it was 82 degrees. They had someone come out when we called, but it was 11pm so we had to get them a room somewhere else. Definitely will not stay here again. Bright side, the room is a short walk to the beach, parking was good, and it’s super close to shops and Walmart.
