About this apartment rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this beach condo brings it all within reach. There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to Panama City Beaches or the 14-minute walk to Thomas Drive.

Spend a day at the beach, relax by the outdoor pool (enjoy the pool umbrellas!), or sip a drink in the hot tub of this condo, which also features a furnished balcony. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into the place, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Balcony view was spectacular

The condo had tile floor throughout but there was no vacuum only a broom to get the sand up for week. The couch was probably 30 yers old and the cushions literally sank down below the wood frame. It was a pullout that we were depending to sleep on but the pullout was broken and the mattress was tore up. Most of the communication with rental company was good but I was told someone would try to come change out mattress for couch and that never happened. Unfortunately I feel that we will never stay here again. Location was great.
