When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the cutest beach house, a large second-story deck offering you and your family views of PCB's white sandy beach and sparkling emerald water.
**Property Overview**
This modern, open concept home is the ideal space for families and friends to come together and enjoy each other's company. With the main living area located on the bottom floor, all the common rooms are furnished to ensure that your group can comfortably spread out, view the wall-mounted HDTV w/WiFi to catch up on your favorite binge-worthy show or plan a movie night in. Decorated with a nautical flair, even when you're spending time inside you'll be surrounded by easy-breezy Floridian beach vibes.
Located upstairs, you'll find another small living area. It's a perfect space for sending the kids to watch some of their favorite shows on the additional SmartTV or occupy themselves with activities while the adults have a little “me time.”
Additionally, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and all the linens and towels you'll need during your stay.
Get ready to be inspired to create some culinary magic in the large, immaculate kitchen. You'll love all the counter space available for laying out dishes, with seating for up to 6 people at the oversized kitchen bar. Not to mention, this kitchen comes completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cutlery and dishes you need to serve up a feast.
If you're looking for a sit-down dinner indoors, there's also a dining area with a size-able dining table that seats up to 8 guests. Combine that with the 6 seats at the bar, and you're able to have a full scale sit down meal with the whole family.
**Sleeping Arrangements**
Main Floor- Guest Bedroom #1: King-size bed with pool views and a full private bathroom.
Second Floor- Primary Suite: King size bed, with a spacious bathroom that boasts a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. You'll also have unobstructed views of the beach with a private entrance to your own fully furnished deck. It's the perfect spot for sitting with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise or a nightcap as the sun sets.
Guest Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, shares the full hallway bathroom.
Guest Bedroom #3: Full bunk over a full size bed with a full trundle bed(limit of 100 pounds), with pool views and shares the full hallway bathroom.
Bunk Alcove: Sure to be a favorite with the kids, this sweet little space has a twin over twin bunk bed (limit of 100 pounds).
Upstairs Living Room: A cozy room with a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen tv.

Pool heat is an additional $416 charge per stay. Please reach out to us prior to your booking to schedule the pool to be heated, it can take up to 10 hours to reach optimum temp.

I can’t say enough good things about this house! The beach access is AWESOME; there are about 4 different walkways right outside the front door, and they’re all really easy! maybe a 3-5 min walk from the door to the water. You are RIGHT on the beach. And, lots less people directly in front of the houses than in front of the big resorts. As far as the house itself - very comfy and well-stocked. The bedrooms are big, and there’s a ton of sleeping space (if you’ve got a little, the main bedroom even has a pack n play). All kinds of cooking utensils and appliances, and there’s a stocked spice cabinet. plenty of towels and a good starter stock of dish/laundry detergent as well. We didn’t need to bring nearly as much extra stuff as we usually do. Full sized washer and dryer and almost every room has a Roku TV. Decent stock of games and puzzles and kid toys for days when you’re inside (FYI - we did the 1000-piece puzzle…don’t drive yourself nuts trying to find pieces that aren’t there, there’s a few pieces missing). Great water pressure in the showers and the heater doesn’t ever run out.Backyard/pool - fully stocked. Pool is plenty warm by mid-summer, no need to have it heated (and I’m a wimp about water temp). Lots of pool/beach toys, there’s cornhole and a fire pit and a grill and a giant connect 4 game outside.All in all, probably my favorite place I’ve ever stayed on a beach trip. Definitely plan to rebook here next summer!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house with a group of friends on a fishing trip. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. It was also exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.
One of the best features was the location—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The pool was absolutely amazing and quickly became a favorite gathering spot for our group. The fire pit and games in the back yard were also a hit. After long days of fishing and fun in the sun, we appreciated the comfortable beds and cozy accommodations.
This property truly had everything we could ask for and made for a memorable getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with family or friends.
