The unit was not what we had expected. The description has been changed, but we were told one of the rooms had a twin bed, a full size bed, and a set of bunk beds, and that was not the case. It only had a set of bunkbeds which caused some members of our family to have to sleep on an air mattresswe were told we would be receiving some sort of refund and still have not. We was also told we would have access to the gym and we were not given access to the gym. The workers at the facility were amazing. I do feel like the hot tubs needs to be cleaned or redone. They kind of look dirty, and the pools were not heated.

Great location, beautiful layout of condo. Great facilities to accommodate us during our stay.
The cleaning crew did not clean rhoroughly. Found an empty jar of Nutella in a drawer, hair was in shower, bath and all over the couch. Broken vase in master.
