The room was very dated and not up to the quality of other rooms we have been in in Ocean Villa.

Our washer door broke on Wednesday and we didn't get it fixed for the rest of the stay. We were playing in a baseball tournament and needed the washer and dryer. It was very inconvenient for the rest of our stay. I called a couple of times to see if they could put us in another room or had a recommendation on giving us a place to do clothes.
