Welcome to Ocean Ritz 303, a spacious Gulf-front condo located directly on the beautiful white-sand beaches of Panama City Beach. Situated on the third floor, this beachfront retreat offers incredible Gulf views, a large private balcony, comfortable accommodations for families and groups, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and many of Panama City Beach’s most popular attractions.
The spacious living area provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, with comfortable seating, a TV, and beautiful views of the Gulf. Step outside onto the oversized Gulf-front balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or simply relax while overlooking the beach, emerald-green water, and resort pool.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A drip coffee maker with a permanent coffee filter is also provided, so there is no need to bring disposable coffee filters. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo.
Sleeping accommodations include:
King Bedroom: King-size bed with comfortable accommodations for two.
Second King Bedroom: King-size bed, providing another spacious sleeping area for two guests.
Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed with comfortable sleeping accommodations for two.
Bunk Room: Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four additional twin sleeping spaces.
Ocean Ritz offers excellent resort amenities, including a heated Gulf-front swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ area with gas grills. The property is located directly on the beach, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the Gulf without having to drive anywhere.
Ocean Ritz 303 also includes a dedicated parking space. Guests are allowed to have 2 cars, one parks in overflow
