Stand on the largest balcony in PCB—a sprawling outdoor haven perfect for sipping margaritas while watching incredible sunsets over emerald-green waves and powdery white sand. The master bedroom opens directly onto this balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors, letting the sound of swishing tides lull you to sleep or greet you at dawn. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve stayed at this condo it is always clean and the view is amazing. It is located at the perfect location for me. The newly renovated floors and bathrooms are beautiful. The only complaint I would have is the shower heads are rain shower heads and don’t have any pressure to get soap/shampoo off of you

Beautiful condo and location. The master bedroom king mattress needs to be replaced.

Carpets needed vacuumed. Bathroom needed a rug instead of stepping onto the cold, wet, slippery floor. Also needed towel hooks or bars. The screen doors on the sliders were missing. Smudges on the stainless steel appliances. Several little things like this made it less than perfect. Communication with the owners was difficult. Parking wasn't great.
The thing that bothered me most was the instructions left by the owners demanded we not leave a review unless it was a 5 star review! I'll leave whatever review I feel is appropriate, not just what I'm told to leave.
Despite all the negatives, the condo overall is pleasant & the view is spectacular!
