The property was beautiful and just as shown on the website. The only problem was I think they forgot to mop the second bedroom and bathroom floor. When I finish putting away all of my clothes, my feet were black with dirt. I reached out to the owner. He said they would take care of it and send a cleaning person over the next day. The balcony was absolutely incredible with amazing views. The kitchen utensils had more than enough for 4 to 6people.Other than the bedroom floors, the condo was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again..

There's a lot to unpack with my review. Before my trip, communicating with the rental company was fairly easy through the VRBO app. They couldn't provide answers for things like when the latest inspection of the condos was or what umbrella rental company the condo building has a contract with specifically in order to reserve beach chairs. Another negative about this rental company is that a previous renter HAD THEIR RENTAL CAR STOLEN FROM THE CONDOS RESERVED PARKING GARAGE! The supervisor I spoke with said the condo "has cameras in the garages, but they're very bad pictures and can't make out the images". When I was called by RealJoy Vacations 2 hours before my 4pm check-in time, I was told that due to this incident the renter couldn't leave the condo on time and my check-in time would be pushed back by an hour or hour and a half to let the cleaning crew do their job. So not only was my family terrified of our vehicles being broken into or stolen, the condo not having a quality security system in place, but we also were forced to prepare for a late start to our "relaxing" vacation. Oh! And we also had a maintenance man barge into our condo during the middle of our stay while we were getting dressed and ready for the beach because he was told the "condo was supposed to be vacant". If you go through this company, take Xanax with you on your vacation.
