-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.

The stay overall was good, and the property was suitable for our group of 10. It works well as a place to have breakfast, dinner, and rest in between activities—especially when traveling with kids, since most of the day is spent outside.However, the experience could have been better. Communication was a challenge: while messages were answered at times, when I requested specific information, I often received only quick replies without real answers to my questions. After I followed up, I was told the matter would be checked with the team, but I never received a response back.Another issue was the living room setup. There was only one couch that seats three people comfortably, so if you want to watch a movie together, the rest of the group has to sit on stools from the kitchen, which is not ideal. Also, there were no garbage bags provided, so I would recommend bringing your own.The place was decently clean inside, but the pool area clearly lacked maintenance. It was dirty, and there were many roaches and frogs around, which took away from the experience.

My family of 7 adults and 3 children enjoyed the space of the townhouse. The bedrooms were evenly distributed on the 3 levels which ensured everyone some privacy. The open concept kitchen and family room was prefect for our game night after a boating day on the water. I liked the location in relation to the beach (2 minute walk) and the main thoroughfare of Front Beach Road and Pier Park area . I wholeheartedly recommend this property especially for large vacation families. Thank you to the property owners

Nice place for our family. Seven people in their 20s and 50s. Spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms being comfortable and private from common areas. Comfortable, clean, good view, nice open kitchen. Nice decor and color scheme that feels light and beachy. Make note that from the ground floor to the top floor where 3 of the bedrooms are is 35 stair steps. We did not have access to the elevator, maybe you could make arrangements for this if needed. It was nice that a beach wagon and some chairs were in the garage for our use. The beach is an easy 5 minute (one block) walk away. The pool is between the two buildings. It is not a large pool, but we always had it to ourselves. It was clean and refreshing. It is sunny in the middle of the day and shaded mid to late afternoon. A nice break from the intensity of the sun on the beach. We did use an additional folding chair in the living room for us to all sit comfortably to watch a movie. Plenty of seating (10 seats) at the table and island combined. Great location in our opinion. Perfect for our family. We would stay here again.
